Jonas attended his first JCI World Congress in 1990. 20 years later he became a member of JCI Denmark. In 2019 he was the National President for JCI Denmark and the 2020 Executive Assistant to the JCI European Development Council. 

Jonas has been part of the team making the JCI Denmark's strategy a couple of times. He has also the overall responsibility of creating the strategy.

Jonas has experience of leading people and teams both in JCI and in his professional career where he has also worked with creating brand strategy - and more importantly followed up upon it. 

For him the foundation for all teamwork, no matter the task at hand, is to create an engaging, positive and fun atmosphere, so that is what he always try to bring to the table. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and he work as a journalist and editor at the Danish newspaper Berlingske with a history that dates back to 1749. He also work as external examinator at universities in Denmark. 

But without comparison his most valuable lessons in leadership, strategy, crisis management and you name it comes from being the father of three. He's looking forward to meeting you!
