Jutta is a jaycee since 2017, her home chapter being JCI Aurajoki in Turku. The I in JCI has always been her greatest passion - she's attended various conferences and events abroad and been active in her own chapter and area level in international matters, as well as in JCI Europe Committees. At the moment, while finalising her PRES year in JCI Aurajoki, she is leading the marketing team as part of the COC team of EC 2024 in Oulu. 

In addition to international matters, Jutta has always made the most of the individual skills development opportunities in JCI. She has e.g. completed the year long JCI Trainer Academy in Finland and was involved in the organizing of the 2019 Strategy Academy held in Helsinki.

As a trainer, Jutta is full of energy and believes in interaction and improvisation - at the 2024 Strategy Academy she will make sure that the teams get a great start to their intensive strategy weekend and leave with concrete tools to do the same in their own organizations.

Professionally Jutta has a background in international communication, marketing, service design, and leadership. Jutta holds a Master of Arts degree and an MBA in Ledership and Service Design. She has been involved in both JCI Local Organisation and corporate strategy processes and worked as a manager and CEO, currently as programme manager in B2B events sector.
