Applications for the JCI Strategy Academy are made through a separate selection process.


Registration fees

Early Bird until January 31 2024:
  • 348 € in 3-person room
  • 385 € in 2-person room
  • 494 € in 1-person room
Regural Bird until April 30 2024:
  • 378 € in 3-person room
  • 415 € in 2-person room
  • 524 € in 1-person room

The fee includes training content, accommodation from Friday till Sunday and meals from Friday lunch to Sunday breakfast.


Bonus: Finnish Sauna and Gym are also available for academy participants whole weekend.

Team Tracks: Human Resources Strategy & Sustainable Development Goals Strategy

In JCI Strategy Academy 2024 you have the exciting opportunity to shape your learning experience!  We empower you to make choices that align with your interests and work life goals. During Strategy Academy weekend, you will collaborate in small teams to develop strategies that matter. The team tasks will be based on real-life cases from businesses and organizations. Both of these options provide an excellent opportunity for you to explore real-world applications, understand how they can transform businesses and organizations, and equip yourself with strategies that can be applied in your own work. The choice is yours!  Additionally, if you find it challenging to make a decision, feel free to select "either" option.


Option 1) HR Strategy

HR (Human Resources) strategies are at the heart of fostering a thriving workforce within any organization. In this track, you will delve into the world of HR strategies, understanding how they impact the core of an organization's success. You will explore real-life case studies from diverse businesses and organizations. HR Strategies track you can gain insights into talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and much more. This knowledge is invaluable for anyone looking to create a positive workplace culture, drive team productivity, and lead with empathy. Option 2) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Strategy

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) offer a roadmap for a better, more sustainable future for all. In this track, you will discover the world of SDG strategies, which revolve around creating positive global impact. You will analyze real-life implementations of SDGs in businesses and organizations, exploring areas such as environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance. Understanding and implementing SDGs are not only beneficial for the world but also a critical skill in today's business landscape. Whether you are passionate about environmental sustainability, social equity, or responsible leadership, SDG strategies enable you to contribute to a more sustainable world.
