Mikko Nissi is a manufacturing and supply chain professional with over fifteen years of expertise in the field. Currently Mikko is leading Nokia’s flagship factory in Oulu, Finland. This state-of-the-art factory employs 400 manufacturing professionals and the organization has gone through massive transformation in recent years. This background gives him a proven track record in strategic management and strategy implementation.

Mikko has a Master's degree in economics and business administration and he has been an active JCI member since 2013. He has worked in all levels (local, regional, national) of JCI in Finland, and as most relevant experience he has been a Team Trainer of JCI Finland Strategy - training and JCI Finland's strategy ambassador for north and eastern region of Finland. In 2024 Mikko will act as Head of Strategy in JCI Finland.

Mikko is a passionate about achieving great results together as a team, operating in a lean and efficient way and to have the curiosity for lifelong learning. And to have fun while doing it. Mikko's pre-tarining will cover very basics of strategy terminology and strategy as a process, complemented with some real life examples.
